"Before we signed up for the cruise, I never thought we'd do one and it wasn't really something I thought about too much. After getting back from this one - it's all I'm thinking about. Setting aside the wonderful group we went with and just focusing on the cruise experience I can truly say it was more than I expected and it was just such a fun and carefree way to travel. The food was better quality than I had anticipated and the variety was awesome! The drinks were plentiful and delicious. The crew members were so awesome. It seemed everyone we came into contact was friendly, helpful and very prompt. I did respond to the Celebrity survey and highly rated three crew members in particular. We did have an issue with one of our suitcases. When it was delivered to our room a whole corner of the bag was missing including one of the wheels. We went to guest services with a photo the next day. They promptly had the suitcase picked up from our room and by the next day the bag was returned to our room fully repaired. We also received a follow-up call from them, ensuring I was happy with the repair. Also one of drawers in our room was damaged. I quick talk with Andres our stateroom attendant and he had the drawer repaired the next morning. The port stops were fun and beautiful and the on/off experiences was quick with zero long lines. Thanks for your help in making it such a great experience!"

"Twelve years ago I wanted to take my wife on something really special for our 25th anniversary and we chose a Caribbean cruise. We walked into Cruise World and basically said - we want to go on a winter cruise to someplace warm and beautiful, and have everything taken care for us with no unpleasant surprises. Well, they delivered.
Our very first cruise was a 7 day western Caribbean with Princess. Cruise world took care of everything - Helping us find the perfect cruise line, itinerary, booking a balcony cabin, the flight out, hotel, transfers, etc. They were professional, fun, and very knowledgeable. And as promised we had an excellent first cruise. We enjoyed our cruise so much we booked another cruise with Cruise World 2 years after. And then another one 2 years after that, and a few more every couple of years.
